• The property is added to our website where the exposure from the internet has become a vital tool in renting our properties.
• We will place a custom Carmazzi Real Estate “For Rent” sign at the property directing prospective tenants to our website.
• We regularly get referrals from within our network including current and former clients, owners and tenants with their friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, etc. looking to rent property.
• For certain unique and high end properties, owner paid marketing media can also be done.
